No you don’t need to use SPSS. Excel is fine for the amount of analysis required for Topic 6. My last student who submitted in P43 on Topic 6 and ended up winning the prize for the best RAP submitted worldwide only used Excel, though.she did a very intricate and detailed data analysis.
She also set out her methodology very well. It is important to explain the methodology as the problem with some topic 6 students is that they fiddle the figures [because they don’t actually conduct the questionnaire/survey] so the data lacks any credibility. Markers are very experienced and if the methodology is patchy and the data doesn’t stand up to scrutiny they will question it [and of course fail the report].

October 23, 2022 at 8:49 am #669689If I use multiple models such as motivation (Maslow’s and Herzberg), Culture (Hofstede’s), and Ratio Analysis, do I need to briefly describe and evaluate all of them in Section 2: Business/Accountancy models? So, that will be evaluation of four things: Maslow’s, Herzberg, Hofstede’s, and Ratio analysis? Or do I just choose two of them and evaluate them?
