Can anyone tell how can I see rank holders list that appeared in sept 21 ? I am unable to find that anywhere.

All prize winners will either be contacted by the exams department or their national office.
If you scored a high mark and believe you may have won a prize, you should contact your national office. The global prize-winners will be published in Student Accountant magazine. National offices may also publish information on regional prize-winners.
