    Do we deduct director current account and Intercompany balance (Receivable) from current asset while calculating quick ratio????

    The short answer is that the answer depends on the scenario.

    In general, these would not be deducted as the quick ratio attempts to look at those debtor balances which are easily liquidated and thus available to meet current liabilities.

    Your response will depend on the level of paper you are writing, so I would suggest posting this to the tutor for the relevant paper.
