in the exam can they ask question like breifly explain credit crunch or tension in eurozone due to credit crunch?

There are written parts to questions but they cannot ask specifically about the two things you mention, because ‘credit crunch’ is not a standard expression, and tensions in the eurozone would be mainly political which isn’t really relevant for the exam.
