Sir I want to ask that is it necessary to read technical articles and solve examiner report what is the purpose of technical articles only 3 technical articles are provided for ma2 exam

Yes you should read technical articles (the ACCA provides them occasionally just as extra help) and you should read the examiners reports.
More important is to work through every question in your Revision Kit.
