Question no. 2
Does a rightward shift in demand curve means simply an increase in demand? If so , then how is it incorrect that decrease in selling price doesn’t cause a rightward shift in the demand curve?
Welcome to the Opentuition
forums. A rightward shift in demand curve means higher demand at any given price. A decrease in selling price would mean a movement along a demand curve. A lower price results in increased demand for a standard demand curve.
