What is the latest date that a public company, incorporated on 1 May 2010, could hold its third annual general meeting?

Answer is 31 December 2013

Shouldn’t it be 30 November 2013

1st is 31 October 2011

2nd is 31 December, 2012 and

3rd is 31 December, 2013

You need to use your fingers for the first AGM – it’s October not November
