Hello Sir,
Is there any possible way to practice a question on numerical data which is new to the syllabus?
Since its new, there are more chances for this question to appear in sep 2016 exam.

No real way to practise.
Any question on this in Sept would be almost certainly be for only a few marks. It would be scenario-based and you would probably be presented with an analysis that you would have to criticise. Be guided by the data given and look for flaws in its presentation.
Don’t worry too much about it.
