Hi sir,
Limits of corporation tax liability are reduced by the no. of associates and pro rated according to months. Am I ri8? If yes then in question No 60 examiner has done it wrong, there is some other point behind that or it’s a mistake as there is no apportionment according to associates of the company.
If you are querying the answer to part (c) of the question where the full limits are used to determine whether the company is large then look at the question requirement where it tells you to assume that there is NO associated company!
If it is a different part of the answer that you are questioning then please specify.
