Dear ken. This company specializing in buidlding bespoke computer software.
Rgd harmon- the answer suggested that software support sbe automated solution. As
Complexity/high strategic importance.Pls explain for me, as i think that if fall into quadrant of high complexity n strategy important then sbe bpr n improvement. It cant really be automated as too complex n dynamic.

I completely agree with you. They produce a range of bespoke software and it would not be east to provide automated support for that.
It could be done for Microsoft Word, but there it is worth developing a sophisticated series of tutorials because the software is used by millions of people.
