First i would like to say sir, that your video was amazing. Really helpful and clear. Thank you so much for all your videos. I am a fan 😀

However i would like to ask whether we could use the pnemonics of ACCURATE and PAIL which you taught us in chapter video number 9 in the lectures to answer this question? It is an analysis of a report required in the question and i thought the audience and layout part was not discussed in the ACCA official answer and in the video as well.

Yes those mnemonics could be used – in part at least. Mnmonics are only ever checklists and sometimes there might no be much to say or nothing important to say about some of the words represented by the mnemonic..

For example, in this question I would not raise the problem of whether or not the report was cost-beneficial. With regard to layout, the report is not too cluttered (compared to some exam questions on this topic), but you can always suggest a pie chart or bar chart.

The main criticism of this report is the information it contains whihc is not tying back to the mission and also it is not clear why it is arranged by region and not by hotel type.

    Thanks for your reply sir.
Yes.. i get what you are saying. What about a narrative or some additional notes to explain to the board(the audience for this report) the main points we want to highlight?

Yes indeed. More than just figures are important so that an explanation can be presented. That helps to interpret the figures.

Thank you for your kind words, by the way.
