Dear Mr Moffat, are papers of September and December sessions the same in content? bcs I saw they upload them together as Sample papers.

No they are certainly not the same – questions are different in every exam!
The ACCA do not publish every exam paper any more. What they do is publish a hybrid paper every six months which contains a selection of questions from the previous two exams.
