Sir,
In need of some last moment tips for answering the question 8-10 which are more application oriented. Is the revision kit enough for this part of the exam as well?

I would have thought so. Try this method: Identify ( the area of law ) Define ( anything which needs a definition or fuller explanation ) Expand ( your answer to fit the scenario in the question ) and Apply ( your thinking to the particular scenario )
