Are prepayments an Asset or Liability? And how would they positioned in a capital account?Thanks!

Prepayments are an asset. They do not appear in a capital account!

You really should watch my free lectures – they are a complete free course for Paper F3 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
