Hector is a team ader of a customer services team of seven employees: Six of Hector’s team are very effective. The other team member, Felicity, has become less effective due to the increasing amount of work time she is spending accessing social media using her smartphone

Which of the following is the MOST likely consequence if Felicity’s ineffectiveness is allowed to continue?

The customer services team perfomance levels will drop, customers will become dissaried and organisational performance will suffer

Team performance will improves as Felicity can access relevant personal information from outside the organisation

The other members of the customer services team wil raise thoir output and performance leved to protect Felicity

There will be minimal impact on performance as 85 7% of the customer services team are effective

I think A is correct but I also confuse in C . A is because if one team not work properly then it affect the work of another team and its performance will drop and become dissatisfied and organisation performance will suffer . Please correct me if I am wrong

I agree and think A is right.

With regard to C, I for one would not seek to protect a lazy colleague who spends her time on Facebook!

Losing 14.3% of capacity could be very serious.
