In the answer to the question…working 1……why is the amount of fraud added to administration costs instead of bieng added to the total cost of sales figure

I don’t know – I don’t possess a BPP revision kit!

I’ve just checked the exam question – why would you want to include it in cost of sales? It isn’t a cost of a sale – the sale has been made and correctly recorded. It’s the receivable that has been stolen
