Hey there. Could anybody explain me why in this question (No 10 BPP study text) the relevant cost of capital of $3,500 is not mention in the answer. A relevant cost for what I can understand is a future cash flow or an incremental cost. Am I wrong? I can see that for comparison only costs attributable to production have been considered but the capital cost should at least be mention. Please advise. Thanks
