Which of the following is included in working capital?
Long term loans
Prepayments
Retained earings
Share capital
Prepayments are current assets and are therefore normally included in working capital as they will normally relate to the next 12 months.
Long term loan = long term liability not a current liability
Share capital and retained earnings are both long-term sources of capital (equity) so are not current liabilities.
