Hello,
can anyone help me to revise the topic of roots and powers from school program (so many years past):
5731=16* 500*r 4 (r in 4-th power – can’t type this)
then
r = the root of the root of ( 5731/(16*500)) ?
so, we can calculate ( 5731/(16*500), then press two times the root sign on calculator. Is this right?
To take the 4th root, yes – it is the same as taking the square root twice.
However, you should buy a scientific calculator because if you needed to calculate the third root (cube root) or a fifth root, for example, then there is no other way than using a scientific calculator.
That’s what I was so much questioning. Thank you.
