Sir with regards to In
Continuous improvement
The second basic principle of TQM is dissatisfaction with the status-quo.
What does
“dissatisfaction with the status-quo.“
Mean ?
It’s a statement from the study text
It means that they should never simply be satisfied to continue doing things as they currently do, but should always be looking for ways of doing things better.
Dear sir what’s the difference between
simply be satisfied to continue doing things as they currently do
And
should always be looking for ways of doing things better.
I wonder what’s the difference
If they are happy to continue doing things as they currently do, then they will never get faster or better or more efficient. They should always be looking for ways of improving, and not just thinking that all is OK at the moment.
