could you explain what CMM & six sigma use for, and in exam questions how to identify the indications for using such models?
thanks!CMMI and Six sigma are both to do with improving quality.
Six sigma provides a methodology (DMAIC): define, measure, analyse , improve control.
CMMI doe not really define a methodology, but tries to explain where an organisation has got to on its road to being consistently excellent (optimised).
In an exam, I think you are likely to be told to use or explain these.
