Hi sir,
I am wondering How to understand the sentence in quality control procedures
“Staff must have regular reviews and perceive there to be a good career path available to them”
I am quite confused what must the staff regularly reviews in quality control, and why staff must perceive there to be a good career path available to them.
Thanks
How demotivating is it never to know what the ‘bosses’ think of your work?!!!
And how ‘dead-end’ is it never to be told or shown that there is a ladder in front of you and, if you tick the right boxes and keep your nose clean, you can make progress up that ladder … right to the top if you’re good enough!
Without either one of these procedures how can you possibly motivate staff and improve the average abilities (by releasing the below-average ones and by encouraging the above-average ones)
That’s how you can attempt to strengthen quality in the firm
OK?
