Dear Sir ,
Quality control review (hot review) for listed client is performed by own firm partner or other firm auditor ?
This would be an “engagement quality control review” carried out by an “engagement quality control reviewer” who may be:
– a partner in the firm *
– other persons in the firm *
– an external person
– a team of any of the above.
* Must not be part of the engagement team and clearly all should be suitably qualified/experienced.
