Hi
I am repeating this subject so only have books from Dec 10. I have been told quality is now included in this paper?
Can anyone tell me what aspects of quality I should know for this paper?Thanks

Hi Katie, I am also resitting from December.
Quality was always in the course, however they have now taken some aspects from P3 such as the V model, and included Quality Management Systems (QMS).
