Again, i cant thank you enough for your quick replies?

In the revision kit disclosure of the arrangement to the audit client is stated as a safeguard to reduce the threat.if it’s like you said increases transparency and full disclosure ,how can that be regarded as a safeguard in reducing the threat?

“too many students were latching on to other threads with unrelated questions of their own. Subsequent readers could therefore easily miss something on these unrelated threads because they were no interested in the original title of the original thread

    Is it a problem?”

yeah sometimes it is a problem, when I have to ask you another question to clarify what you said ,I have to always start a new topic.if it’s convenient for you to keep it open for future replies it would be very helpful otherwise dnt do it.

“how can that be regarded as a safeguard in reducing the threat?”

If we have full disclosure and total openness, then the client can patently see that we are going out of our way t be honourable and honest in our dealings which directly or indirectly relate to the client

Any threat of conflict of interest is mitigated and the client is fully aware that any commission is incidental to our main income

Why not cut and paste any former posts in any follow-up question that you have.

That surely can’t be a problem!
