Please explain me that requirement of Q1 June 2015?

“Using the data in Appendix 3, assess the qualitative and quantitative impact on performance management.”

What is the qualitative impact in that?

Here, the qualitative impact mainly comes form the marketing effort that should improve the reputation of the company long term. However, this is difficult to quantify.
