In part b)calculating the NPV ,the bpp kit has taken an investment of €21.84m.
Where and how did this figure come from?

The question says that they require MS 2.64 billion at the start of the project which is in 6 months time.
This has been converted into Euros at the expected spot rate in 6 months time and converts to Eur 21.84M
