Part b), in the answers, why will the borrowing capacity be limited to $201.6m? Shouldn’t it be $301.60m after demerging because 30% of {550+122} is $201.6m plus 100% of this would be $301.6m.

How on earth do you arrive at 301.6??

    100% x 201.6 = 201.6
