There is one sentence in the question that mentioned “Approx. 40% of production is exported to the foreign country.”

Does this sentence brings any relevance to answering the question in part (d)?

It is not directly relevant anywhere, but assuming that because it is 40% there is a large amount of for currency being received, then these receipts could be used to make the payments of the interest in the for currency.
