Dear Sir,

May i know.. how do i get the figure of $52,000 for the net benefit to Pursuit Co shareholders?

The synergy benefits are $9,074,000 but they are paying a premium for Fodder of $9,022,000. So the difference is $52,000 and this is the benefit to the shareholders of Pursuit.
