Good day Sir,
I am confused on the figures used to calculate PV cashflow after 4 years for Fodder to get 28,067 and that of the combined cash flow PV after 4 years of of 151,566. Please advise. Thank you

I am not sure which bit of the calculation. ou are not sure about. However after 4 years it continues to grow at a stead rate and so we use the growth formula to calculate the PV of this flows.
