What do you mean by grid stamp.is made on purchase invoice to record signatures of individuals who checked it
Its is a rubber stamp that you first press on an ink-pad, then on the invoice. It leaves a grid on the invoice (like a table) typically with two columns that might say:
|Checked by | |
|Nominal code | |
|Nominal code verified | |
|Posted | |
The person who checks the invoice to the order and goods received note would enter their initials against the fist line and enter the nominal ledger account code.
Another person might verify that code and enter their initials against the third line.
When the invoice is posted to the nominal ledger and payables ledger, that box would then be completed.
May I have a proforma invoice to be able to buy books
