Purchase cycle controls and test of controls

i am reproducing part of a kaplan question, with answer given by text and what i wrote. i wd like to know if what i wrote was any good.

“Ordering: goods/services are obtained by placing purchase requisitions with the centralized purchasing dept. reguisitions are sequentially prenumbered and the purchasing dept performs a weekly sequence check. all requisitions must be authorized by an appropriate manager”

what i wrote:

how important is the “central” thing?
