Example 1 of the published accounts (Kaplan book sept 2014 to aug 2015), why do we multiply the cost of sales, administrative costs and distribution costs by 30 when we work out point 4 of the additional information?

Tell me what point 4 of the additional information says and I’ll see if I can guess the answer
