In law, not listed in the stock exchange as a public company . Will the company be punished for trading its shares to investing public general, So long as the company has obtained its trading certificate from the registrar under the company Act ?
Trading certificate and “trading shares” are not related
I believe that an invitation to the public to subscribe for shares may only be made by a quoted public company
OK?
