I used to think that promoters are those that promote company’s products and services i:e marketing/ distribution personnels until I am just reading F4 … any more lights on this sir?
This is just until I know they are agent who perform fidicuary duties and those who forms companies . Apart from Accountants and solicitors in their professional capacities , who these other qualified to have the necessary skills and knowledge to form a company . Since Accountants and solicitors are not termed promoters .
Your grand-mother could do it! No offence to your grand-mother, but there are no separate qualification requirements for someone to form a company
Walk out of your home and turn left. The first person that you meet could be a promoter (as also could be the second, third, fourth, fif …..)
OK?
