    Please can you confirm if the project management triangle relates only to Quality, Time and Cost or do we include scope as well?

    The commonest presentation of the triangle is to have scope, time and cost at the corners of the triangle and ‘Quality’ in the centre.

    It is trying to say that project managers have to balance scope, time and cost to achieve the best possible quality of outcome.
