I don’t think there is a prescribed order, but the post project review could be done immediately after the project is completed (ans would be better done then whilst issues are fresh in people’s minds). The post implementation review really needs to wait until the project has ‘settled down’ so that its benefits can be properly assessed. So, that would probably not take place until later.

then a benefit realisation review would be done along with a post implementation review?
