thanks in advance
April 25, 2018 at 7:36 am #448744Conduct = doing the project: broadly planning, execution, control
Termination = finishing the project: ie completionThe terminology of project management is fairly fluid but all projects have initiation, execution completion.
Some people might put planning as part of initiation ie you need a business plan before you go ahead.
I would simply answer this using your own headings so, for example, planning was very fuzzy with two important people not attending the first meeting. The scope of the project was not defined. There does not seem to be a cost/benefit analysis of any sort.
The question asks about mistakes so you are free to criticise as much as you want.
April 30, 2018 at 4:12 am #449403from my earlier study i know that initiation means building the business case .
but when i started reading examiner model answer i found under project initiation heading it said establish project initiation document (PID)which include objective ,scope , constraints ,authority
difference between examiner answer and my earlier study makes me so much confuse .
please clear my problem ..you mention that Conduct = doing the project: broadly planning, execution, control .
but examiner model answer refer conduct as -; two aspect in the conduct of the project deserve scrutiny . the first is procurement process and 2nd is group and stakeholder management .
i cant relate your answer with examiner model answer .please help me . i need your help
thank in advance.April 30, 2018 at 6:28 am #449409As ssid, different writers have different opinions as to which steps are included in which stage of a project. Choose one opinion, learn it and forget the rest. If my opinion confuses you ignore it and choose the examiner’s. It will be fine.
