May i know the difference between project manager and project owner?
since both of them is oversee the project progressThink of the project owner as being in overall charge – the person who makes the big decisions like whether to increase the budget or curtail the deliverables.
The project managers looks after the day to day running of the eg finding replacement staff to cover if someone falls ill.
