1) Sir, we know that special relationship exists between a client and a professional. Right?
2) If a person is NOT a client of professional, and the professional even does not know that , that person would rely on his statement/advice ,then NO special relationship exist and hence NO duty of care would exist . Right?
3) If a person is NOT a client of professional, BUT the professional knows that , that person would rely on his statement/advice, then in such a case does special relationship and duty of care would exist?
