Hi Sir,
In section A, are the 4 professional marks awarded simply for the structure of the report (ie. having a title, intro, date etc). If so, please could you advise on the best structure to use for this and how to maximise our chances of obtaining these marks.

Yes – they are awarded for structuring the report well.
There is no ‘best structure’ – you can structure in several ways and still get the marks.
Best is to look at report answers in your Revision Kit and see how they are structured.
