Hello, normally whenever a question related to ethics is tested, the requirement states to discuss the ethics and ‘professional’ issues in the scenario.
What is examiner expecting of us in professional issues, what are we to discuss in this area. please clarify

You have yourself stated “normally whenever a question related to ethics is tested, the requirement states to discuss the ethics and ‘professional’ issues in the scenario.” So, if it’s normal that the examiner asks this, why is it not available for you to check the printed solutions?
However, in the spirit of helpfulness, I’ll give you some suggestions.
Professional issues will include the culture within the firm and its policies and procedures for protecting the staff from unnecessary exposure to the risk of ethical conflicts. There should be a mentoring system where staff of less senior rank are encouraged to discuss problems with staff of more senior rank.
You could bring in characteristics of “profession” and “professionalism”, integrity, openness, honesty, reliability (the list goes on)
You could mention planning of assignments and allocation of staff of appropriate experience
But check out the printed solutions and see what the examiner “normally” writes in answer to the “normal” questions
