Hello all!
I wanted to ask about the professional experience requirement. What type of experience is it required exactly in order to attain the qualification?
How many years of this experience is needed? If the experience is not exactly as required does it mean that i won’t attain the qualification after finishing all exams? And how is it evaluated whether i have the right experience or not?
Thank you in advance
You can download ACCA’s essential guide to PER from this page https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/practical-experience-per.html – there is a quick guide too.
There is also a link to PER FAQs on this page.
To be qualified means having passed all requisite exams. At this point you will become an “affiliate” – however, you cannot use the designation “ACCA” until you become a member. For membership, you must complete the Ethics and Professional Skills Module and 36 months’ PER https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/affiliates.html
Thank you for your answer, it helped me a lot
You are very welcome!
