I just want to enquire what are cpmmercial and professional issues. As i identify ethical issues but miss professional and commercial issue(if any) kindly help me regarding 2 or 3 examples.

I also want to ask what changes in the group will take place when a new subsidiary is bought eg: Materiality and other stuff.

A timely reply will be really helpful!!

Commercial and professional? Logistics, staffing, year end pressures, experience in the field of operation of the new subsidiaries, competence of the proposed allocated staff, professional clearance from existing auditors, knowledge of the subsidiary management ….. come on! The list is almost endless – let your imagination fly!

Changes in a group upon the acquisition of a new subsidiary? Yes, sure, materiality, structure, related parties, subsequent events, intra-group transactions and balances, pups, goodwill, fair values of assets acquired and of consideration paid, …….
