Prof Ethics certificate of completion

I completed the prof ethics module a couple of weeks ago and having completed it, I received the certificate of completion today. To my biggest disappointment, it was simply printed on an A4 paper, with faded ink especially the acca symbol and not even in color (only black n white). It looks as if i was printed it myself!

I dont understd why acca cannot spend a little bit to produce a certificate with quality to its students. we paid a considerable amount of fee each yr, having already cut cost on their online magazine, surely acca can provide better service now? I wonder whether anybody has asked acca before? I also thinking of voicing my opinion to them but wonder what is the best way to communicate this issue.
