Hi sir while going thru the revision for P5 I sometimes get confused between the difference of below types performance measures a) productivity with b) efficiency and c) effectiveness. Would you be able to help me with some examples? Many thanks in advance
Effectiveness relates to what an organisation sets out to do. Has it achieved its objectives. Eg is amhealth service providing the sort of treatmemt it is supposed to.
Efficiency/productivity are similar. This is compares inouts to outputs. For example, how many patients does a hospital deal with per doctor.
