A company produces Inverness in a continuous process .

At the beginning of November the WIP of 400 units was 30% complete with regards to labour and overheads.
At the end of the month, WIP was 200 units and was 60% complete in regards to labour and overheads.
During the month 2000 units were introduced into the process.
If the labour and overheads cost $3300,and FIFO is used for valuing inventory , the cost per equivalent units for labour and overheads in the month were….

    a)$1.42
    b)$1.50
    c)$1.62
    d)$1.65

Please do not simply set me test questions and expect an answer!

You must have an answer in the same book in which you found the question, and so please ask what problem you are having with the answer and then I will try my best to help you 🙂

All of this is explained in our free lectures – have you watched them?

Our lectures are a complete course for Paper F3 and cover everything you need to be able to pass the exam well.
