The costs arising on the dr side of the process acc is 624000
The finished ouput is 480000(10000 units) and the closing wip is 144 000(4000units)
What was the % degree of completion of the closing wip?
The answer is 75%Sir i cant get 75
How do we get thisThe cost per unit of finished goods is 480,000/10,000 = $48.
The cost per unit of the WIP is 144,000/4,000 = $36.
Therefore the WIP must be 36/48 = 75% finished.
