Has anyone experience problems when dealing/contacting ACCA connect?
@mart84,
The only problem that i ever experienced with them is that it will take them sometimes eternity to reply, if u contact them by mail.
You can’t expect any answer earlier then in two weeks.
Once i was waiting 2 months and they replied only because i actually sent documents by express mail, so when they were proceeding my application , i think they found out that there are actually some e-mails from me 🙂
Never tried to contact them by phone, but so far didn’t hear anyone complaining about their phone service.
P.S. If you are experiencing any problems with them at the moment, you should better specify those. Maybe there is anyone here who faced similar issues and settled them successfully.
I have the same problems with ACCA. I mailed to ACCA at least 3 times to ask them about DipIFR, such as whether ACCA organizes DipIFR in my country, where the exam location, timing is, etc…because DipIFR is not popular in my country. Sadly, ACCA havent responded yet though the ACCA automated mail said that ACCA would respond within 5 working days…2 months have passed since the first mail being sent…Previously I asked local ACCA, but they even did not know DipIFR…What should I do now????Such a poor service!!!!!
@shine05,
Oh ..i am going to sit DipIFR this dec. .
i was contacting them previous about it , but as i told above it was useless.
Look , list of exam centres is provided there here :
https://www2.accaglobal.com/documents/dipfr_clist_2010.pdf
And looks like it’s same as for ACCA (though not sure).
I guess the only way is to contact them by phone.
If u use skype it will be cheap. (i mean calling from skype to landline)
